Over the last decade, I have worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer specializing in human performance testing such as VO2 Max Testing, lactate threshold testing, functional movement screens and analysis, along with speed and agility testing. My passion is running and I have worked with runners on all spectrums, from novices to Olympic athletes.
Over the last 15 years I have been working as a Fuel Coach for Lance Brauman and Pure Athletics, specifically on nutrition, supplementation, and a holistic fuel strategy for professional track and field sprinters. I have assisted them through the London, Rio, Tokyo & Paris Olympic Games, multiple World Championships.
Today, though I continue to work with professional and elite athletes, I spend most of my time working with kids. whether it’s coaching basketball or helping kids get faster.
